Under nitrogen protection, 50 mL of acetone, 10.0 g (0.018 mol) of compound II, and 2.0 g of potassium fluoride were added to the reaction flask, and the reaction was incubated at 20°C, and TLC monitoring showed that there was no compound of formula II.
