Individual enantiomers (E1 and E2) were obtained by HPLC separation of 1,1,1-trifluoro-2-[4-(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)phenyl]-3-(4-{[1-(trifluoromethyl)cyclopropyl]methyl}-1H-imidazol-2-yl)propan-2-ol (as prepared in Example 30) on a chiral column (ChiralCel AD-H) eluting with IPA/heptane to afford the title compounds. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CD3OD) δ 8.24 (d, J=2.5 Hz, 1H), 7.79 (d, J=8.9 Hz, 2H), 7.73 (s, 1H), 7.64 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 2H), 6.53 (s, 1H), 3.73 (s, 2H), 3.00 (d, J=16 Hz, 1H), 2.92 (d, J=16, 1H), 0.93 (s, 2H), 0.69-0.61 (m, 2H). (M+H) found 445.
