Steps:

Add 120g of pentamethylpiperidol and 70g of triethylamine to a 2L four-necked flask, rinse the funnel with 350g of xylene, stir evenly, and slowly add 30g of phosphorus trichloride dropwise at 30°C. After the dropwise addition, the temperature was raised to 130° C. for 13 hours, and then the temperature was lowered to 60° C.; 124 g of 30% liquid caustic soda was added, stirred for 1 hour, and then separated into water. Then, 100 g of pure water was added, and after stirring at 60° C. for 1 h, the aqueous layer was separated and washed with water for 3 times. After washing with water, the temperature was lowered to 30° C., and after stirring and crystallization for 0.5 h, 105.3 g of product was obtained by suction filtration, and the yield was 88.94%.
