Description
Methyltetrazine-PEG24-amine is a monodisperse, click chemistry PEG linker containing a free amine and a methyltetrazine group. It is highly soluble in water. Amine (NH2) is reactive with carboxylic acid containing molecule in the presence of reagnet such as EDC or HATU. Methyltetrazine enable fast click reaction with TCO (trans-cycloctene)
Uses
Methyltetrazine-PEG24-amine is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
