Uses

It is an intermediate of medicine and agricultural chemicals. It is involved in the Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions of heteroaryl compounds.

Synthesis

Dissolve 188g (2mol) of 3-aminopyridine in 10% hydrochloric acid: 900g (10%, 2.46mol), completely dissolved and mixed, the volume ratio of the solution to dichloromethane: 400g, sodium hypochlorite solution: 800g (10%, 1.07mol) as a preset unit time volume ratio, and then according to the unit time volume ratio at room temperature (the specific temperature range of 10 -30 the same below) will be pumped into the first stage extraction centrifuge for extraction centrifugation; after that, separate the organic phase and the organic phase continuously.
