Description
7-Diethylamino-3-(4-maleimidophenyl)-4-methylcoumarin is a thiol-reactive fluorescent probe. It displays excitation/emission maxima of 387/468 nm, respectively, and fluorescence intensity increases when bound to cysteine residues.

7-Diethylamino-3-(4-maleimidophenyl)-4-methylcoumarin is a thiol-reactive fluorescent probe. 7-Diethylamino-3-(4-maleimidophenyl)-4-methylcoumarin (CPM) is a thiol-reactive fluorescent probe. CPM selectively forms Michael adducts in the presence of hyperreactive sulfhydryls.
