DescriptionN-(Azido-PEG2)-N-Boc-PEG3-NHS ester is a developed as branched labeling reagent. The azide group enables PEGylation via Click Chemistry. The protected amine can be deprotected under acidic conditions. The NHS ester can be used to label the primary amines (-NH2) of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules.
UsesN-(Azido-PEG2)-N-Boc-PEG3-NHS ester is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. N-(Azido-PEG2)-N-Boc-PEG3-NHS ester is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
