TCO-PEG3-Amine Usage And Synthesis
DescriptionTCO-PEG3-amine is a click chemistry crosslinking reagent. It can be used to derivatize NHS activated esters through a stable amide bond or carboxyl groups in the presence of of activators (e.g. EDC, or HATU). TCO enable click chemistry with tetrazine. PEG spacer improves water solubility.
UsesTCO-C3-PEG3-C3-amine is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
