It is also a reactant for synthesis of azaindolylcarboxy-endo-tropanamide. | | Synthesis | (1) (1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-3-yl)methanol was used as a raw material and reacted with formaldehyde under microwave radiation at a molar ratio of 1:1.2. In the reaction system, the concentration of 7-azaindole to water was 1 mol/L, the molar ratio of 7-azaindole to tetramethylguanidine was 2:5, and the mass ratio of 7-azaindole to MFI zeolites was 6:7. (2) The 7-azaindole obtained from step (1) was The 7-azaindole-3-methanol was dissolved in dichloromethane, heated to 50 °C, KMnO4 was added (the molar ratio of 7-azaindole-3-methanol to KMnO4 was 12:15) and mixed thoroughly.
