FMOC-D-leucine is prepared by reacting 9-fluorenemethoxycarbonyl chloride with leucine in the presence of a base. This method is simple to operate, has mild reaction conditions, high yield, and wide applicability. The synthetic reaction formula of FMOC-D-leucine is shown in the figure below:
