soluble in alcohol and oils. Powerful fruity odor of Raspberry-Apple
type, but in no way a “natural” fruit odor.
Moderate tenacity. | | Uses | Ethyl Cyclohexylacetate is used in fruit and Honey imitation flavors at concentrations equivalent to about 20 ppm in the finished product.
