Sulfo-cyanine3 azide sodium can be involved in synthesis of fused tricyclic heterocycles, produces immunostimulatory agents[1][2]. It contains an azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing alkyne groups.
