| Description | TSQ is a zinc fluorescent probe and zinc fluorescent chelator that binds to zinc to form a complex that induces apoptosis and can be used for imaging zinc proteins. The maximum excitation wavelength is 360 nm, and the maximum emission wavelength ranges from 470 to 490 nm. Light emitted by TSQ can be quenched by the Zn(2+) chelator, TPEN. |
| Cell Research | Instructions:
a. Reagent preparation: Prepare TSQ fluorescent probe solution according to the experimental purpose.
b. Operation steps:
1. Culture the cells to be tested to an appropriate density and wash the cells with PBS buffer.
2. Add an appropriate amount of TSQ fluorescent probe solution to a final concentration that depends on the cell type and experimental requirements, generally 1-10 μM.
3. Incubate in a 37°C, 5% CO₂ incubator for 15-60 minutes.
4. After incubation, wash the cells with PBS buffer to remove unbound TSQ probes.
5. Observe the cells under a fluorescence microscope, the maximum excitation wavelength is 360 nm, and the maximum emission wavelength ranges from 470 to 490 nm. Detect the fluorescence signal of zinc ions in the cells.
