DescriptionN-(t-butyl ester-PEG2)-N-bis(PEG2-propargyl) is a multi-functional PEG linker with two terminal propargyl groups and a t-butyl ester. The propargyl groups enables formation of triazole linkage with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules in copper catalyzed Click Chemistry. The t-butyl protected carboxyl group can be deprotected under mild acidic conditions.
UsesN-(PEG2-Boc)-N-bis(PEG2-propargyl) is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. N-(PEG2-Boc)-N-bis(PEG2-propargyl) is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
