Uses	(RS)-PPG is a potent and selective group III mGluR agonist.
Biological Activity	A potent and selective group III metabotropic glutamate receptor agonist, with approximately 25-fold preference for hmGlu 8 ; anticonvulsant and neuroprotective in vivo . Also available as part of the Group III mGlu Receptor Tocriset™ .
