DescriptionDBCO-PEG2-NH-Boc is a PEG linker with a DBCO group and a Boc-protected amine. The DBCO can undergo copper-free Click Chemistry reactions with azides. The Boc protecting group can be removed under acidic conditions to further react.
UsesDBCO-PEG2-NH-Boc is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. DBCO-PEG2-NH-Boc is a click chemistry reagent, it contains a DBCO group that can undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing Azide groups.
