| Uses | 5-Bromonicotinaldehyde (5-Bromo-3-pyridinecarboxaldehyde) can replace anilines (anilines) compounds and is used in the synthesis of naphthyridines and diazobenzenes[1]. | | Synthesis | 5-Bromo-3-pyridinecarboxaldehyde can be used as a pharmaceutical and chemical synthesis intermediate. In the existing technology, its synthesis method is to use 3,5-dibromo pyridine as raw material and exchange it with butyllithium bromide under ultra-low temperature (-78°C) conditions to prepare 5-Bromo-3-pyridinecarboxaldehyde.
