L-ARGININE P-NITROANILIDE DIHYDROCHLORIDE Usage And Synthesis
PreparationL-arginine, p-nitroaniline, and potassium carbonate were mixed, acetonitrile was added, and the mixture was heated to 80 °C for 2 h. Thin-layer chromatography analysis showed that the reaction was complete. The mixture was filtered, evaporated to dryness under reduced pressure, and the concentrate was purified by column chromatography to prepare a yellow solid H-arginine-PNA. The solid was then acidified with hydrochloric acid to prepare the target compound L-ARGININE P-NITROANILIDE DIHYDROCHLORIDE.
